CTFA/INCI NAME：Stearamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate
POLV YL®SPC is a phospholipid complex.It is mainly composed of diester phosphate with long chain groups and it is made from pure natural coconut oil. Completely compatible with the natural lipids on the surface of the skin.
POLV YL®SPC has an unusually wide range of functional characteristics, providing mild cleansing,irritation resistance, softening of the skin, broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and an unusually mild form of eye skin. The combination of these features makes it suitable for baby products, gynecological lotions, professional deodorant products, deodorant cleaning products, ophthalmic products, antibacterial cleaners and a variety of personal protection and health care products.
